Hi everyone thanks for looking at the Beginner Home Workout.
Today I’m going to give you a totally free home workout that is designed to get you started with a exercise routine.
All you will need is 30 minutes of time and a small bit of space. The really great thing is that you can do this workout anywhere! Home, office, hotel or even outside.
But before you jump right in to it though you must stretch! Just some basic static stretches to get your body ready for action! "Read why stretching is important"
Now for the workout:
15-20 Reps on each exercise then move on as quickly as you can to the next exercise without stopping until you complete a full circuit. Repeat the Circuit x4-5 times try to keep your rest between circuits to 30-60 seconds.
15-20 Squat Jumps [to make it easier perform Body Weight Squats]
15-20 Press Ups [to make it easier perform Kneeling Press Ups]
15-20 Mountain Climbers [to make it easier perform them slower]
15-20 Split Lunge Jump [to make it easier perform Lunges]
15-20 Crunch and Twist [to make it easier perform Crunches]
15-20 Jumping Jacks

Make sure you use the proper technique also there is a modified version of most of them in the bottom left if your finding any of them a bit difficult.
