Hello everyone! As you may know (or not) I have been lucky enough to have been selected to be a member of Team GB for the Fisherman's Friend Strongmanrun 2012!

As you can see it's going to be a really great challenge and I can't wait to be running along side the rest of guys from Team GB. I am definitely looking forward to getting zapped and covered in mud!
