FAQ

Q. Were are you based?
A. Switch On Fitness is based in Swindon, Wiltshire but we also offer personal training in Marlborough and Wootton Bassett. *t&c

 

Q. Where do you train?
A. The personal training sessions can be anywhere from in home, office or any location that is convenient to you.

 

Q. Do I need any training equipment?
A. Not with Switch On Fitness! We provide all equipment needed for the personal training session.

 

Q. How often should I exercise?
A. As a minimum everyone should exercise for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week to maintain conditioning. So to move towards your goal Switch On Fitness recommend a minimum of 45-60 minutes 3 times a week. It is recommended that at least 1 hour of this be with a personal trainer, to ensure continued development and to monitor progress. 

 

Q. How quickly will I see results?
A. Everybody is unique and so the level of results will vary. But if you are truly dedicated both in and out of the sessions then you will notice positive changes within weeks!

 

Q. What if I have a medical condition?
A. Depending on what conditions you have you may be requested to be cleared for exercises with your GP. We use Pre-Screening Questioners for any other issues.

 

Q. Will I have time to train? I am very busy and work unsociable hours.
A. That's the beauty of personal training! It's tailored to you. Making it very flexible to your needs.

 

Q. How will progress be monitored?
A. Switch On Fitness keep a detailed log of each session and chart progress, which will be used monthly to monitor progress.
