Functional & Sport Specific

Functional training is exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life or sport. It's designed to work on the body’s natural full range of movement which can be restricted in day to day activities (including exercising in the gym). Functional training provides exercises which are complementary to the body’s natural movement.
